প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. Valid and up to date Trade Licence.
2. VAT Registration Certificate(13 Digit BIN).
3. Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-2025 or Latest.
4. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3(Three) years.
5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(One) contract successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, with a value of at least BDT 2,50,000.00 (Taka Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).
6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them,of theTenderers shall be BDT 3,00,000.00 (Taka Three Lakh Only).
7. Tenderer shall have to submit authorization letter from OEM (INPRO/ISOMAG/Eqv.) or its authorized distributor. [Tenderer shall submit distributorship certificate issued by OEM if submitted authorization letter from distributor].
