* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (03) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature of MSR Linen at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last Three (03) years with a value of at least Tk. Twelve (12.00) Lac.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Seventeen (17.00) Lac and must be submitted in prescribed format (e-PG2-7).
4. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG2-5) shall be submitted.
5. Tenderers must submit valid VAT &TIN Registration Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License and Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
6. Authorization letter must be submitted from the company in which the tenderer will supply the MSR Linen in the specified of PG2 Standard format.
7. Supplier/Authorized representative should be present at the time of receiving the goods by survey committee.
8. The goods (MSR- Linen/Item) will not be stated as received until approved or received by survey committee.
9. Authorization Letter from Linen Supplier shall be submitted by the Tenderer.
10. 100% Sample of all the Linen items (PG2-3A & PG2-3B) must be submitted to PE office before deadline of submission of tender (otherwise non-responsive).
11. The price schedule of (Form e-PG2-3A and Form e-PG2-3B) must mention the price of the product. Zero price cannot be mentioned for any product.(otherwise non-responsive).
All other condittions as mentioned in TDS and PCC must be fulfilled.
