1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years. All necessary papers about all Work shall be submitted along with the tender.
2. The invitation of Tender is open for only construction Work in any govt./semi. govt./Autonomous body.
3. The average annual construction turnover under the public sector as specified in the TDS during the period specified in the TDS;
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 7,29,12,500.00 over the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor construction Work of at least 1 (one) contract of similar successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk- 4,37,47,500.00 BDT
5. The minimum amount of credit facilities/liquid Asset of the tenderer shall be Tk- 1,45,82,500.00 BDT
6.The minimum capacity shall be: [60%-75% of the official cost estimate] : 4,37,47,500.00 BDT
7. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) UpdateTrade License.
ii) VAT Registration.
iii) Update TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
