দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction works shall be 5(Five) years.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number similar nature of works with Civil & Sanitary works of Government / Semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.12.00 Lac(Twelve Lac) only in a single Contract. Last 5(Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting Tk.15.00 Lac (Fifteen Lac). This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.20.00 Lac (Twenty Lac). Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW2a-8). Otherwise, the tender will be Non-Responsive.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 15.00 Lac ( Fifteen Lac).
(f) The tender must submit attested copies of following documents- (i) Up-to-date income tax return certificate, (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iii) Up-to-date trade license
