Eligible Tenderers must have-
1.Up to date trade licence.
2.Up to date VAT registration certificate.
3. Up to date Income Tax certificate.
4. Up to date ABC contractor's and supervisor's license.
5. Manufacturer's authorization.
6. ISO certificate.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.7(Seven) lakh.
8. Experience in supplying similar goods.
9. Minimum one satisfactory completion of similar supply to any Govt. or Autonomus organization within last three years.
10. Adequate manpower and equipment to execute the work.
