(a) The minimum general experience of the Tenderer in the Works and physical services as Contractor shall be 5 (five) years, counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract of Civil Construction/ Renovation/ Modernization Works or Interior Decoration or Similar nature of Works successfully completed within the last 2 (two) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakh) in Govt./semi-govt./Autonomous organizations.
(c) Other qualifications are mentioned in Tender Document.
