1. Established Experienced First Class Contractor/ construction firm of Bangladesh Power Development Board/ Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies.
2. The intending Tenderer Must have upto date valid Trade License, VAT & Income Tax Clearance certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. Minimum average annual turnover in last 03 (Three) years proceeding the date of submission of the tender is not less than Tk 5 (Five) lac .
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 5 (Five) Lac.
5. Should have satisfactory completion of similar work experience of at least 4.25 (Four point Two five) lac under single contract.
