কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.
b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) civil work of amount not less than Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh in a single work during last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization.
c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) lakh over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.
d) The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakh.
e) Minimum tender capacity Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lac.
f) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.
h) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
i) In case of any confusion arises due to printing mistake or other reason, the Public Procurement Rules-2008 and its amendments will govern.
