* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Legal capacity
• Valid Trade License for FY 2025-26
• Updated TIN and BIN/VAT registration
• National ID/Certificate of Incorporation
• Not debarred or blacklisted by any govt entity
• Not bankrupt or under liquidation; no conflict of interest
2) Relevant experience
• At least single project 10 lakh successfully completed similar contracts within the last 4 years, each ≥ BDT 5 lakh, OR one contract of similar nature and complexity ≥ BDT [10 lakh]
• The Tenderer should have experience in successful completion of min 1 work order must be from any Govt/Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization/ Bank of Bangladesh within the last 4(Four) years, (i.e. years backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) which must be min BDT. 1,000,000/-(Ten Lac only) under single contract. Completion Certificates and/or customer satisfaction
• certificates of such work(s) are required to be submitted
3) Litigation history
• Disclose any pending litigation/claims within the last 3 years
4) Documents to submit
• Properly filled Tender Form
• Completion certificates/work orders/client references
• Bank credit line/solvency, valid licenses TIN/VAT
• Catalogs/datasheets for goods (if supply)
Evaluation method
• Pass/Fail pre-qualification. Non-compliance leads to disqualification
• Tenderer will have to submit a sample of all items According to offered Brand, Make, Model, Country of Origin and Specification which is mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification part by Tenderer within 04 days of Tender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation. If any Tenderer does not submit the sample by the mentioned time, respective Tenderer may consider as non-responsi
