প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
02.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01 (One)] contract(s) of [state the nature, complexity and methods/construction technology] successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.8,50,000/-
03.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk.11,00,000/-  over the last 05 (Five) financial years.
04.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.6,00,000/-
05.The minimum capacity shall be Tk.8,50,000/- (Eight lakh Fifty Thousand) Only.
06.Tenderer shall submit with its tender following additional documents:
(a)Updated income Tax clearance certificate.
(b)Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(c) Updated Trade License
07.VAT and income Tax will be deducted as per latest Government instructions.
