প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Contractor's in Govt; Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies, who have :
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 08 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract(s) of Construction and Installation of MS Spud  with a similar complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 40 lakhs; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65 lakhs over the last 05 financial years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30 lakhs, tenderer should follow the Form as per BPPA format for line of credit.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 45 lakhs, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
6. The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
