* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of similar type of work completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 3.00 Lakh (Three lakh ) under a single contract with Government/SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of ExecutiveEngineer and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
03. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4.00 Lakh. Certificate of Liquid Asset must be unconditional.
04. The Tenderer have to up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.
N.B: Updated VAT adjustment will be applicable according to G.O
