* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in the Transportation/Carrying and Related Services of electrical line materials/equipment’s.
(b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 01 (One) years of specific experience in the Transportation and Related Services of Electrical line materials/Equipments in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization which also includes:
(1) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (One) contract of Taka 24 (Twenty Four) Lac for transportation/carrying of electrical line materials/equipments in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization within last 05 (five) years. or
(2) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (One) contract of Taka 24 (Twenty Four) Lac for transportation/carrying of SPC Poles from Local Pole Manufacturing plants to Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization and 01 (One) contract of Taka 24 (Twenty Four) Lac Lac for transportation/carrying of electrical line materials/equipments from Local Electrical Materials Manufacturing plants to Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization within last 05 years. In this case, The Tenderers shall have to submit the copy of contract between Manufacturer/Supplier and the carrying Contractor, Bank Statement of the tenderer's account against Received bill from that Supplier/Manufacturer, VAT deposit challan against that transportation bill & Receiving Report (RR) of transported materials as a proof of the experience.
(c) Ownership or Leasing/hiring documents of minimum 4 (four) nos. of Truck/Trailor. Separate Truck/Trailor documents must be submitted for separate packages/lots.
