কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of installation or repair and maintenance work of 33 kV or higher voltage overhead line or similar nature work successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk.3,50,000.00 (Three lakh and fifty thousand) only.
c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh and fifty Thousand) only over the last 03 (Three) financial years or best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) financial years.
d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh and Fifty Thousand) only.
e. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh and Fifty Thousand) only.
e. Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Contractory License and ABC Supervisory Certificate shall be required.
f. Tenderer/firms debarred by any procuring entity shall not be eligible for this tender.
g. Authorization Letter confirming the signatory (with NID) of the Tenderer from Organization.
