The Quotationer shall have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. In support of its qualifications, the Quotationer shall be required to submit certified photocopies of the latest required valid documents related to its eligibility:
1.Valid Trade License.
2.Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2023-2024;
[The Assessment Year (AY) shall be the immediate past Assessment Year of the Financial Year in which the Tender is invited. For example, if the Tender is invited in the Financial Year 2025-2026, the AY shall be 2023-2024]
3. VAT Registration Number/ Business Identification Number (BIN).
4. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 4,00,000/- (Four Lakh Only) from any scheduled Bank; without which the quotation will be considered non-responsive.
Financial Solvency Certificate shall be issued by any scheduled bank on a date after the tender invitation date and shall explicitly state the name and address of the Procuring Entity, Tender ID and the guaranteed liquid asset amount. Otherwise, the quotation will be considered non-responsive.
