প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/ firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in the Electrical and associated works.
b) Having minimum experience as a Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor in successful completion of similar nature (Electrical Installation, Commissioning, Cable Laying) of work; Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh Taka) in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover during best three (3) financial years in the last five (5) financial years of Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh Taka) Payment certificates for contracts completed under Govt./ Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
(d) Working Capital or Liquid Asset or A revolving Line of credit provided by the scheduled Bank in case of awarded the contract for execution of the work for an amount at least Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lakh Taka), Financial Solvency Certificate shall be issued on a date after the tender invitation date and shall explicitly state the name and address of the Procuring Entity, Tender ID. Otherwise, the tender will be considered non-responsive.
(e) In case a Tenderer appears as debarred in the e-GP system, the Tender shall be treated as Preliminary non-responsive.
