* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Supplying and Installation for Laboratory Equipment’s.
2) Specific experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 02 (Two) numbers of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/Autonomous organization during last 3 (Three) years.
3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual average turn over during last 03 (Three) years Audited Balance sheet with DVC.
4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender with minimum balance 80.00 lac.
5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
6) The tenderer must possess:
i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate,
ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate,
iii) Up to date Trade license mentioned similar Business.
iv) Manufacture's and supplier must submit ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems Certificate.
v) Original Catalogue/Brochures,
vi) Certificate of incorporation
vii) Manufacturer authorization letter for all items must be submitted.
viii) Warrantee Certificate should be submitted from manufacturer & Tenderer.
ix) The Tenderer must provide CV of engineer for demonstration.
x) Marketing experiences of the products in home or abroad must be submitted.
7) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
