1. The bidder must have experience of successfully completing fertilizer bagging work worth at least 20 (twenty) lakh taka in a single work order under at least 01 (one) contract of similar work in a government/autonomous organization within the last 10 (ten) years. Appropriate experience certificate and related work order must be submitted in support of this work which will be duly confirmed by the awarding authority. If the bidder fails to submit or provide required experience Certificate and related work order as per the demand the tender will be considered as non responsive. If any documents are found to be fake or forged, the tender will be rejected.
2. The bidder will have to submit a updated license of the Department of inspection for Factories and Establishments issued by Inspector General. If the bidder fails to submit or provide above mentioned certificate along with offer, the tender will be considered as non-responsive.
3. The bidder must submit a declaration in prescribed format in the official pad of the bidder that no adolescent (underage) will be engaged in fertilizer bagging.
4. This tender is a single lot.
