* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৫,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with a valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
b) It is the duty of the contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corruption). If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.
c) Vat & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
d) Tender evaluation will be done following the latest gazette /circular from CPTU.
e) A detailed list of work in hand /ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
f) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
g) If BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost.
h) Quantity and quality of work must be checked by BWDB's Task Force/Local Assessment Committee.
i) Photo and video must have been taken by the contractor at a different angle during prework and post-work measurement and submitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
j) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/ budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/ Issuance of work order.Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
k) All other criteria are stated in the tender document.
