h. The Tender shall be evaluated in the e-gp systemp with the help of necessary datebase (If Requied)

j. The tenderer will be evaluated as per submitted document. If any dissimilarity found in document submitted by tenderers at any stage of evalution process the tenderers will be considered non-Responsive.
