* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least USD 2,00,000.00 (USD Two Lacs) or equivalent currency (exchange rate will be considered as per Bangladesh Bank on date of opening the tender).
(iii) The valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate (regarding manufacturing) of Gas Meter & EVC in favour of the manufacturer.
(iv) Type Approval: Offered meter shall be approved for custody transfer application of natural gas by NMI/PTB/CEESI/SWRI/Measurement Canada under the provision of AGA 7/ OIML Guideline/ Europian Standrad /MID/ ISO 9951. The tenderer must attach valid and complete Type Test certificate along with the offer. The Type Test must be on the same design; otherwise, the offer shall be treated as non-responsive.
(v) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be USD 3,00,000.00 (USD Three Lakh only) or equivalent currency (exchange rate will be considered as per Bangladesh Bank on date of Opening the tender).
