* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. [a minimum of one (1) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]
2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) or 02(two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 14,30,000/-(Taka Fourteen lakh Thirty thousand only).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (Form PG2-7) Tk. 17,35,000/-(Taka Seventeen lakh Thirty-five thousand only). [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(4) Attested copics of Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier, (5) TIN certificate; (certificate must have to submitted), (6) Income Tax [2024-2025 or 2025-2026 year] (certificate must have to submitted),(7) Income Tax Acknowledgement slip must have to submitted (8) VAT Registration, e-BIN (13 Digits) (certificate must have to submitted) (9) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(10) Authorisation letter from Manufacturer (only for Suppliers). [Authorisation letter must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].(Others as per TDS).
