প্যাকেজের বিবরণ: Edible Soybean Oil shall be supplied as per the instruction of Police Headquarters, fortified with Vitamin-A at a level of 15–30 ppm (0.015–0.030 mg/g).
Samples shall be tested at an Accredited Laboratory at the Tenderer’s cost, and acceptance shall be based on the test report.
Soybean Oil shall be supplied in plastic containers, clearly indicating net weight, production date and expiry date.
Supply shall be made as per approved brand/sample at the ration store, including transportation, at the supplier’s own cost.
The contractor shall supply at the quoted contract rate regardless of market price fluctuation, failing which the performance guarantee shall be forfeited as per rules.

* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৭,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must be a Bangladeshi firm registered in the e-GP system of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
2. The Tenderer shall submit valid Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Registration (BIN) Certificate.
3. The Tenderer shall have experience in the supply of consumable goods or similar services.
4. The Tenderer shall submit a Bank Solvency Certificate from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
5. The Tenderer shall submit e-GP Registration Certificate, experience certificate for similar works, and National ID of the proprietor/authorized person.
6. The Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility or blacklisted under PPA 2006 (Amended 2016) and PPR 2008 (Amended 2018).
7. Other eligibility requirements shall be as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
