* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬০০,০০০ ~ ১,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers must follow the PPA, 2006, and PPR, 2025 Rules & Regulations.
b) The Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded as per the standard tender document (STD).
(i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 (One) year. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar Goods, at least 01(One) contract completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least Tk. 504200/-. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The tenderer will submita copy of the contract deeds along with an experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments, is (Form e-PG2-7)Tk. .576100/-.[Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(iv) The tenderer mustsubmit thet e-TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(v) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as a supplier.
(vi) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(vii) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(viii) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company).
(ix) Manufacturer authorization letter or contract deed with the importers/manufacturer (if the bidder is a supplier) [When Applicable].
(x) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazette officer.
