* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General Experience of the Tenderer in Electromechanical Works shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have Specific Experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of Similar Works completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac in a single contract.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concerned PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.12.00 (Twelve) Lac and Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in e-PW2A-8 form published by BPPA.
(e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac. To calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderers have to submit list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as Specified in TDS.
(f)The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Updated Income Tax clearance certificate and Updated Trade License.
(g) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(h) Up-to-Date ABC/BC/C Category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
