3. Photocopy of up-to-date Income Tax Certificate (must be own firm).
4. Photocopy of up-to-date VAT Certificate (BIN).
5. Photocopy of up-to-date Bank Statement Certificate/ Credit facilities.
6. Experience Certificate as per Requirement.
7. Manufacturer Authorization certificate (must be Form ePG3 - 6) (Third party Authorization is not allwoed)
8. Non-Black List Declaration.
9. Court Affidavit of Ownership.
10. Offer brochures/catalogue, datasheet, application note, etc. must be original; not print copy or photocopy. The bidders supplied brochures/catalogue, application note, datasheet, etc. Shall use for technical evaluation. Please highlighted (Mark) your product datasheet as per requirement of PE.
