The Tenderer shall be a legally constituted entity in Bangladesh with legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
The Tenderer shall not be ineligible, debarred, or blacklisted by the Government of Bangladesh at the time of tender submission.
The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT/BIN, and TIN, and shall be compliant with tax and VAT laws.
The Tenderer shall have experience in the supply and delivery of office equipment, as specified in the TDS.
The Tenderer shall possess the required technical and financial capability and shall submit all documents as per ITT/TDS.
