প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 03 (Three) year's.
(b) Specific Experience:
Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of work having same nature and complexity under any Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 10.00 Lac, in a single contract. Other than CPTU prescribe format the experience certificate will not be accepted.Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
(c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK. 18.00 Lac, This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector over the last 05 (Five) years
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 15.00 Lac, Document (Original Scan Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form ePW2a-8).
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 10.00 (ten point zero zero) Lac.
(f) ABC Catagory Electrical and supervisory license.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS and PCC of tender document.
(h) VAT and IT shall be deducted from each bill payment as per the latest NBR instructions.
