* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৯০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.(a)Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10(ten) years of General experience in the Supply & Installation of Lift & related services or Lift & related services under civil works i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b)The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01(one) number Supply & Installation of Lift/ Escalator & related services within last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least Tk.1355.00 lac (One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Five) in a single contract. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Experience for supply contracts of Goods will be in the Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization.
2.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods are: The Tenderer shall have successfully completion of Supply & Installation of Lift/Escalator & related services or Supply & Installation of Lift/Escalator & related services under civil works having value of minimum Tk. 4500.00 (Four Thousand Five Hundred lac) under maximum 15(Fifteen) contracts within last 10(ten) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. If any Tenderer(s) should fail to comply with the requirements above mentioned, his tender shall outright be treated as non-responsive and shall therefore, not be evaluated. The Experience for supply contracts of Goods will be in the Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2000.00 (Two Thousand) Lac.
