The Quotationer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, in support of its qualification, the Quotationer shall submit the latest valid documents as listed below. All documents must be submitted online through the e-GP system
Valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate/Business identication Number (BIN).
Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip issued by the competent authority as proof of submission of the Income Tax Return for the Assessment Year 2024-2025.
Financial Solvency Certificate issued by any scheduled Bank, showing liquid assets of at least BDT 84,000.00 (Eighty Four Thousand Taka Only).
