প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least single number contract of similar nature (Construction of Boundary Wall), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. One Crore Ninety Lakh (1,90,00,000) only.
The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk Ten Crore (10,00,00,000) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk One Crore Eighty Lakh (1,80,00,000) only.
The minimum capacity shall be: One Crore sixty Lakh (1,60,00,000) only.
In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
