* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of similar printing materials and related services as Supplier shall be 01 year .
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (printing, binding, festoons, banners etc.) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 01 year, with a value of at least Tk. 9.00 lakh.
(iii) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 11.80 lakh.
(iv) The Tenderer must have their own printing press with standard equipment & skilled manpower
(v) Trade License/Business registration (Updated), TIN and VAT Registration
N.B.: (All relevant documents in terms of Contract/Purchase Order, Bank Certificate, Certificate of satisfactory performance, Tax Certificate, Trade License (Updated), VAT Registration, Authenticated Declaration of Printing Press etc. must be attached with bid proposal to substantiate the above eligibility).
