Information on criminal cases from the last 3 years
Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar Nature works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 Lacs.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 07.00 Lacs in the last 5 (five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in e-PW2A-8 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 07.00 Lacs
The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 07.00 lacs.
The Tenderer must enclose with Tender:
(i) Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) Only submitted Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
