প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract(s) of MS Spuds, Steel Gangway, RCC Ramp with similar complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.30 lakhs; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 11 lakhs over the last 03 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40 lakhs, Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.3 lakhs, Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
6. The tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
7. Budget allocated 2025-26 and 2026-27.
