* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Up to date Trade License;
2. TIN Certificate with the Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate;
3. VAT Registration Certificate (BIN);
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as credit line(s) or specific credit commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk 26,00,000 (Twenty Six Lakh). (Must be issued by the Bank not before the publication date of the tender);
5. To meet the minimum specific experience requirement, the tenderer must have successfully completed at least two (2) similar contracts (Installation of PC Poles/Gauge Structures) as a Prime Contractor in the public sector within the last five (5) years. The value of each contract must be at least Tk. 22,40,000/- (Twenty-Two Lakh Forty Thousand). [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal];
6. At least one (1) major equipment (Boat/Trawler) must be owned (Registration Certificate, Update Survey Certificate, Design approved by the Department of Shipping & Dispensation Certificate) must be submitted.
7. The Tenderer must submit a comprehensive list of required key personnel and essential equipment/tools necessary for the execution of the related works. These lists must be duly signed and submitted on the Tenderer’s own letterhead pad;
8. All supporting documents (Trade License, TIN, BIN, Enlistment, etc.) must be color, clear, and easily readable scanned copies of the original documents. Important Note: Submission of blurry, illegible, or poor-quality photographs of documents instead of proper scans will lead to the tender being considered non-responsive/rejected;
9. A declaration that the tenderer is not debarred, suspended, or insolvent by any government or international entity.
