* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:
1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of similar Goods and related services
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 02(Two) contracts in last 05(Five) years each with a value BDT 13,50,000/- (BDT Thirteen lac fifty thousand) in government/Semi government/Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 19,00,000/- (BDT Nineteen lac) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
4. The tenderer also submit the following Update documents for similar works:
a. Valid Trade license
b. Vat registration certificate
c. Income Tax Certificate
d. Bank Solvency Certificate
e. Bank Statement
f. Product Warranty and Originality Hall Mark Test certificate from Manufacturer/Distributor.
g. After delivery of the goods, the purity and weight of the gold shall be tested by EDXRF method at the Atmospheric and Environmental Chemistry Laboratory of the Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka in the presence of a representative of the Tea Board, and the government fee related to this test shall be borne by the supplier.
h. The Tenderer shall submit the updated membership certificate of Bangladesh Jewelry Association (BAJUS) with Membership Card or MOU with any jewelry company belonging BAJUS membership.
i. If the jeweler participates directly, they must submit a valid Dealing License issued by DC Office or relevant competent Authority. In case of MOU, the tenderer must submit the Dealing License of the respected jewelers.
