3) The Provisions laid down in the PPA 2006 and "Public Procurement Regulation 2025 " for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
4) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
5) Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the evaluation committee & PE (if necessary).
6) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever
