* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,০০০,০০০ ~ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all Tenderers having eligibilities as mentioned below:
( a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 001 (One) number of One storied Building Construction work amounting to TK 30.00 lakh (Thirty lakh) completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization of Bangladesh.(i) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 120.00 (One Hundred and Twenty) Lakh over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh .Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW2b, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 30.00 lakh (Thirty lakh).
(f). Tenderers have to enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate(iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board,GOB
g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender..
