* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১২,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৩৮,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of General experience in the supply of Furnitures.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Furniture manufacturer successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk 100 (One hundred) Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
(i) In case of furniture supply any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous Bodies, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of 5th/6th Grade officer and duly verified by the Concerned 6th Grade officer under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(ii) Tenderer must have own manufacture plant (manufacturer authorization is not acceptable) with chemically de-rusted Zinc Phosphate coated with oven backed powder paint.
(iii) Tenderer must have service centre in Narayanganj or around Narayanganj with contact number and address.
(iv) Tenderer must have membership certificate of Furniture owner's association.
(v) Tenderer must have registered Logo.
(vi) Tenderer must have ISO 9001:2015, 45001/2018 & 14001:2015 certificate on Furniture.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PG3-8 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 125 (One hundred & Twenty Five) Lac
d) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade license, VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
