প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 3(three) years of general
experience of construction works.
2. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply and installation of
electrical Substation equipment (minimum 100 KVA in/c HT/LT cabling work)
in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 9.00 (Nine)
lac in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization within
last 03(Five) years from the date of IFT.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater
than Tk. 8.50 (Eight point Five) Lac in the last 3 (three) years. Payment
certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector
during last 3(three) years must be submitted along with the tender in
support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working
capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a form without any alteration) Tk.
7.50 (Seven point five) Lac
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk.8.50 (Eight point five) Lac Supporting
document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed
form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date
Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific
experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD
(PW2a) of BPPA (attached in section-7)
8. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor,s bill using the current
NBR rate & As per Government role.
9. Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License
(FY 2025-26).
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document
must be fulfilled.
