02. VAT Registration Certificate
03. Valid Up-to Date Trade License
04. Financial Solvency Certificate of 1.25 (One point Two Five) Crore Taka issued as Credit Commitment by any Scheduled Bank
05. Nationality Certificate, NID copy & 01 copy of recent passport size photograph
06. Ownership Certificate
07. Affidavit/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted
08. Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate.
09. Annual Average Turnover will be not less than 50(Fifty) Lakh in the last 3 year
10. At the time of submission of tender, a sample of high quality domestic lentil should be submitted in a transparent container at least 01 (one) kg and the lentil should be of the following description;
a) Grain size: Should be small and there should be at least 600 grains per 10 grams of lentils;
b) Color of lentils: Should be yellow to red orange;
c) Cooking time: Should be cooked within 10 to 20 minutes on normal heat;
d) Smell: Should have a pleasant smell while cooking;
e) Hull: Should be peeled. Should be free from unwanted objects (such as sand, stones, etc.);
f) Grain description: Should be whole. Grains should be of uniform size. Should be free from black/other colored grains;
g) Taste: Should be tasty;
h) Hardness: Should break the grains of lentils when chewed witheeth but should not flatten. That is, they should be properly dried;
i) Standard: Should be high quality small grain lentils. It must be completely clean, free from harmful substances and radioactive substances.
