3. The Tenderer must submit a Valid and updated TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, and Trade License.
4. Some BoQ items may increase or decrease during implementation based on the final design.
5. The existing drinking water contains chloride concentrations of 1500 mg/L, 1340 mg/L, and 1489 mg/L. The tender was called to treat this water to bring the chloride level within the permissible drinking limit by reducing the chloride concentration. The bill will not be paid without a satisfactory laboratory test report.
