* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (3) years (General Experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organizations (a minimum of three (3) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Drone, Digital Camera) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Supply experience under any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or State-Owned organizations shall be required as a form of work completion report/certificate.
(iii) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) Only. Bank Statement as liquid asset shall not be allowed. Supporting necessary documents required any one or combination of the following: 1. Working capital: authenticated by recent past audit reports. 2. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account. 3. Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form e-PG2-7.
(iv) Up to date Trade License
(v) Current Income Tax Clearence Certificate
(vi) TIN & VAT Registration Certificate (BIN) with update VAT clearence
(vii) Manufacturer/ Distributor Authorization Certificate
