8.If the market price of edible oil (soybean) increases, no objection/application from the bidder will be accepted.
9.Edible oil (soybean) must be supplied as per the requirement of the Superintendent of Police, Industrial Police-5, Mymensingh.
10. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 7,25,000/-
11. Tenderer must submit a sample of (1 Liter) high quality soybean oil before the tender opening.
