প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Minimum General Experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
2.Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor shall be completion of at least 1 (one) contract for construction of 10 storied building including civil, sanitary and electrification works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 20 (Twenty ) crore in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization.
3.Tenderer shall have minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during best 5 years in the last 10 years of Tk 30 (Thirty) crore in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization. Tenderer shall submit payment certificates with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be considered.
4. Minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 6 (Six) crore and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW3-7 shall not be accepted.
5.Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 22 (Twenty Two) crore. The tenderer must submit a calculation sheet with list of contract agreements, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector. In case of JV, copy of agreement among partners shall be required.
6.Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License, up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up to date ABC and supervisory license certificates, VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Audit Report of the Firm, Work Programme in Bar Chart. Full eligiblity and qualification criteria will be available in the Tender document.
