1. Dimensions and Capacity Dimensions:
Length: 16.0", Width: 10.47", Height: 11.48".
Capacity: Designed to hold 24 bottles of 500ml PET (Total 12 Liters).
2. Material Quality and Composition Construction: 5-Ply Corrugated Carton (Double Wall) with liners on both sides. Material: 750 GSM, Brown Sulfate Liner paper. Special Treatment: Paper must be wax-enriched for moisture resistance. Accessories: Each carton must be supplied with 5 pieces of Top-Bottom sheets.
3. Moisture Protection and Structural Integrity Top-Bottom Sheets: Must be 3-Ply and Fluted. Moisture Barrier: The Top-Bottom sheets must have moisture-protective binding to ensure they do not absorb more than 5% additional moisture from the atmosphere. Durability Design: To minimize breakage during handling and transport: Outer Layer: Must be "A" Fluted. Inner Layer: Must be "B" Fluted.
4. Printing and Branding Instructions Width Side (Top): "CAREW & COMPANY (BANGLADESH) LIMITED" must be printed at the top center. Width Side (Opposite): "BATCH NO." must be printed in the center. Side Panel A: "500 ml, 24 Bottle = 12 Litre" must be printed centered along the width. Side Panel B: "COUNTRY LIQUOR" must be printed in Bold/Thick letters centered along the width. Length Sides: "FRAGILE" must be printed on one side, and the "UP" directional arrow symbol on the opposite side.
5. Compliance and Samples Sample Requirement: Cartons and all necessary accessories must be manufactured and supplied according to the approved sample. Ink Specification: Black ink must be used for all printing and markings

* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Only genuine Printed Corrugated Carton Manufacturer are attended to Tender (Supplier's other than Manufacturer are not allowed).
2. Tenderer shall have
i) Valid & updated trade license.
ii) Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate
iii) Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate
3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of Printed Corrugated Carton.
4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Printed Corrugated Carton of minimum Tk.15.00 Lac under single contract within last 03 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
5. Tenderer shall submit 02 (Two) piece of said Sample to Commercial section of Carew & co. Darshana, Chuadanga before opening.
6. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities shall be Tk 20,00,000.00 (Twenty lac
