* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (3) years (General Experiences of goods supply in Govt/ Semi-Govt/Autonomous Organizations (a minimum of three (3) years would be deemed reasonable; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
(ii) The Tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience in 1 (One) contract successfully completed under any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body within the last 5 (Five) years with the value of Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh) only in a single contract i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper and e-GP System. Only Specific completion of supply certificate will be considered as proof of experience. Having Experience in Supply of Goods as a supplier under CUET will be highly appreciable.
(iii) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh) Only. Bank Statement as liquid asset shall not be allowed. Supporting necessary documents required any one or combination of the following: 1. Working capital: authenticated by recent past audit reports (If Required). 2. Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account. 3. Credit line (Financial Capacity Certificate): authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form e-PG2-7.
