(a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 10,00,000/= (Ten Lac) under 01 (one) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required.
(b) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3,50,000/= (Three Lac Fifty Thousand).
(c) No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by Chakaria Municipality for the disposal of waste. If such NOC is not available at the time of tender submission, a copy of the application submitted to Chakaria Municipality will be accepted. However, the successful tenderer must submit the required document before signing the contract.
(d) A valid agreement, license, or permission issued by Chakaria Municipality for the disposal of waste must be submitted.
