প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Contractor who are registered in the National e-GP (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) System portal are eligible to Participate.
b) Liquid Asset is 7.00 lac.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Repair & Maintenance of Building works of at Least (1) One contract (single) of similar nature from Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years of minimum value tk. 7.00 lac.
d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 27.00 lac within the last (05) Five years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, total turnover for last 5 years is tk. 135.00 lac.
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be : Tk. 7.00 lac.
f) Tender security to be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
g) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 16:00 on 24.03.2026.
h) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID.
i) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
j) The defaulter Contractor of HED/HED Khulna division are not allowed to Participate in this Tender Process.
