* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৬৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
b) It is duty of contractor to submit al the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer wil be entertained regarding the file.
c) Vat & IT wil be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim wil be entertained in this regard.
d) Tender evaluation wil be done folowing the latest gazette /circular from CPTU.
e) A detailed list of work in hand /ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.
f) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer wil do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim wil be entertained in this regard.
g) If BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer wil do this at his/her own arrangement and cost.
h) Al other criteria stated in the tender document.
i) Detail turnover calculation sheet and Ongoing work mentioning the name of work, PE name etc. (year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.
j) A l non-life insurance for any Public Property, or risks or liabilities pertaining to Public Property, shal be taken through Sadharon Bima Corporation in accordance with the Insurance Corporation Act, 2019.
k) The tender has been invited according to Rule No 21 "Advance Procurement Processing" of PPR-2025.
